Delivery Policy
We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible providing the items are in stock at the time we receive your valued order the goods will be dispatched within 72 hours. Some furniture or special order items may take up to 6 weeks for delivery.
Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque, we will inform buyer depending on destination outside the UK, the price of postage / Shipment. We ship internationally. Shipping cost will be provided once we receive an email confirming you’re location I.E (Europe, Canada, US, Australia, Asia ETC). Please ask us before buying.
Please provide us with your phone number for delivery documents your number also helps the driver at the other end in case your address is hard to find.
Note: If you do not provide your contact number and your item is returned back to us due to insufficient address details, you will be charged a delivery charge again or you will have to pay £15.00 re-stocking fee if you do not wish for the item to come back out to you.
