General Policy
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty
goods upon receipt of the item. Email us for the return address, items must be returned back writhen
7 days If opened, the goods must be carefully re-packed in the original packaging with all accessories
and documentation.
Returns Policy - "If you don’t like it... send it back"
Our guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, unopened with any seals, packaging and shrink-wrap intact and we will issue a full refund or credit note for the price you paid for the item. This means a visual inspection and not a product trial. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Due to strict hygiene regulations Stuff4Salons cannot accept the return of scissors, clippers, razors that have been used or other items returned in an unacceptable condition.
If the packaging is damaged, items are missing or indeed the item has been used, this may affect the total amount credited to you and will be dependant on the circumstances.
If returning, for your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty. Please package the relevant item securely in at least the packaging it was received and send it to us with a copy of your invoice so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you.
Shortages, Incorrect & Damaged goods
Claims for shortages, incorrect or damaged goods must notified within 24 hours of receipt, please inspect goods immediately. For suitability of goods please contact the manufacturer.
Signing for goods accepts the goods into your care, and that they have been received complete and in undamaged packaging. You have the right to refuse damaged or incomplete parcels.
